Dangerous Goods Description
Dear Valued Customers,
Before booking your cargo, it is essential to be aware of the types of items that cannot be shipped without proper declaration. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in delays, disposal of goods, and additional penalties. Below is a list of items that require declaration:
Flammable Liquids: Perfumes, room sprays, hair sprays, aftershave lotions, nail polish, nail polish remover, or any other flammable liquids.
Electronics and Batteries: Laptops, mobile phones, batteries, or battery-containing items.
Corrosive and Explosive Materials: Items that are corrosive or explosive.

Class 1: Explosives
Class 2: Gases (Flammable, Non-flammable, Non-toxic, Toxic gases)
Class 3: Flammable Liquids
Class 4: Flammable Solids; Substances liable to spontaneous combustion; Substances which emit flammable gases when in contact with water.
Class 5: Oxidizing Substances and Organic Peroxides
Class 6: Toxic and Infectious Substances
Class 7: Radioactive Material
Class 8: Corrosives
Class 9: Miscellaneous Dangerous Substances and Articles, including Environmentally Hazardous Substances
Further Explanation of Restricted or Prohibited Items:
Oxidizing Substances & Organic Peroxides: Ammunition, firearms, fireworks, flares, aerosols (e.g., deodorants, air fresheners), compressed gas cylinders, aqualungs, matches, fire lighters, bleach, peroxides.
Animal Products: Animal skins (non-domesticated), furs, ivory, live animals.
Perishable Goods: Plants, seeds, foodstuffs.
Valuables: Money, items of exceptional value, negotiable items, pre-paid cards, jewelry, watches, works of art, antiques, precious stones.
Liquids: Including perfumes, aftershave lotions, lighter fuels, paints, thinners, spirit levels, alcoholic beverages (not permitted to the USA and restricted in many other countries).

Toxic and Infectious Substances
Corrosives
Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods: Insecticides, weed killers, wet cell batteries, acids and alkalis, apparatus containing mercury (e.g., thermometers), lithium batteries, self-inflating life jackets, dry ice, magnetized materials.
Important Notice:
The customer must declare that their consignment contains no “Hazardous” or “Restricted” goods as described. If non-permitted or restricted items are found, Accurate Logistics reserves the right to remove and dispose of these items without further notice. Customers will not receive compensation, and Accurate Logistics is not obligated to return or forward such items. Charges incurred for the removal of non-permitted or restricted goods will be passed on to you, along with an administration fee, and your shipment will be delayed until these charges are settled.
Declaration Requirement:
To ensure compliance, every customer must complete and submit the Declaration Form at the time of shipping goods by air or sea. Please print out and fill in all required information.
Packing List:
Please note that mis-declaration can lead to penalties imposed by authorities. Ensure that all items requiring special packing, certification, or handling are properly declared to avoid any complications.
